Inaugurates basketball court and grand opening of Lakshya 02 Sports Meet

Today on February 4, 2026 the Lakshya 02 Sports Meet was formally and grandly inaugurated at Lord Krishna International School, Budaun, with the opening of the newly constructed basketball court. The event was held on the school premises with great enthusiasm, discipline, and sportsmanship.The program was inaugurated by Mr. Amit Richarya, District Sports Officer, Budaun, and the school`s founder, the respected Vedvrat Trivedi, by cutting the ribbon. Following the inauguration, the first matches were played.First, a thrilling competition took place between Ignis House and Vents House in the boys category, in which Vents House emerged victorious. This was followed by a match between Aqua House and Terra House in the girls category, with Terra House securing the victory.Addressing the gathering on this occasion, the guests highlighted the importance of sports, stating that sports contribute to the physical, mental, and moral development of students, as well as fostering discipline, teamwork, and leadership qualities.The event was attended by the schools founder, the respected Vedvrat Trivedi, co founder Mr. Tejaswa Trivedi, directors Mrs. Chhavi Sharma and Mrs. Rita Sharma, academic director Mr. Devvrat Trivedi, principal Mr. Deepak Tyagi, all the teachers, and a large number of students.This event, imbued with the spirit of sportsmanship and national consciousness, proved to be inspiring and encouraging for the students.
